Most people who try to lose weight think that they should shun cakes, candies, chocolates, ice cream and other sweets totally from their diet. I beg to differ. I believe that even though you’re on a strict diet you must not deprive yourself of your favorite treats. Having a piece of cake, a bar of chocolate, or a mini scoop of ice cream after a long day of dieting is actually a good thing. This way, you won’t feel like you’re losing out on your favorite foods. After all, you deserve a reward for being so healthy and good all throughout the day.
The key here is MODERATION. Hershey’s knows that most people would like to visit an RD if only cost wasn’t an issue. For this reason, the Hershey Center for Health & Nutrition is giving out MODERATION NATION Certificates to encourage people to see a registered dietitian and learn more about “moderation” and how to apply it to one’s lifestyle. A certificate will cover up to $250 of the consultation fee.
Visit the Hershey’s Moderation Nation Page and learn more about this program. If you avail of a Moderation Nation Certificate, feel free to give me a call or contact me through email. We’ll schedule your complimentary consultation right away.
